Whitewater Irrigation, Inc. and Whitewater Irrigation Oklahoma, LLC (together “Whitewater Irrigation,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit whitewaterirrigation.com or contact us through it, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

Who we are

We are an agricultural irrigation dealer based in Cochise, Arizona, selling and servicing centre pivot and lateral move systems, pumping stations, filtration and related equipment. You can reach us at the address and numbers at the bottom of this page.

Information you give us

We only collect personal information you choose to send us. That happens in two places on this site:

• The contact form. The “Get in touch” form in the footer asks for your name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, phone number and a message. Name and email are required; the rest are optional.
• Job applications. The same form lets you attach a file, and we link to a downloadable employment application. If you send us an application we receive whatever you put in it — typically your contact details, work history and references.

If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message.

Information collected automatically

This site is built and hosted on HubSpot’s content platform. Like most websites, it records basic technical information when you visit — the pages you view, the date and time, the approximate location derived from your IP address, your browser and device type, and the site or search that referred you. HubSpot sets cookies to do this and to recognise a returning visitor.

The footer of every page embeds a Google Map. Loading that map sends your IP address and browser information to Google, which handles it under Google’s privacy policy. We do not control what Google collects.

How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

• answer your question, prepare a quote or arrange service;
• consider you for employment, if you have applied;
• keep a record of our dealings with you as a customer or prospective customer;
• understand which parts of this site people find useful, so we can improve it;
• meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising targeted at you on other websites.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only in these situations:

• Service providers. Companies that run systems on our behalf, including HubSpot for this website, our form submissions and our customer records. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
• Manufacturers and suppliers. If your enquiry concerns a specific product, warranty or parts order, we may need to pass relevant details to the manufacturer or distributor to answer it.
• Professional advisers and authorities. Where we are required to by law, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This site does not depend on cookies to work, so blocking them will not stop you browsing or contacting us, though the embedded map may not load. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” signal; because there is no agreed standard for how sites should respond to it, we do not act on it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and customer records for as long as we have a working relationship with you and afterwards for as long as we need them for the purposes described above or to meet a legal or accounting requirement. Job applications are kept for our normal recruitment cycle unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Security

Form submissions to this site are encrypted in transit. Access to our customer records is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send us sensitive information — such as bank details, payment card numbers or a Social Security number — through the website form. Call us instead.

Children

This site is aimed at farmers and agricultural businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your requests

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email or call us using the details below and we will respond as promptly as we can. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your state’s or country’s privacy laws; we will honour those where they apply to us.

Links to other sites

This site links to manufacturer websites, our Facebook page and documents we host. Once you follow a link to somewhere we do not control, this policy no longer applies. Please read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date shown at the top. Material changes will be noted here.
